My complaint:
Placed an order in drive through, when I collected it the girl asked me if I wanted a cup holder but as she was wearing a mask I couldn’t hear properly, I asked her to repeat but again couldn’t understand so she mimed as she said it again and I got it, but behind her I could see all the staff in the background laughing and she turned and said to them ‘it’s as if I’m speaking 3 languages’.
Suggested solution:
Tell your staff not to be so rude to laugh at people, masks make it hard to hear and understand people. Educate the staff not to laugh at people as they don't know if they are deaf or hard of hearing.
