My complaint:
I’m a home care assistant that works nights, so on my break I thought I would nip and get a McDonald’s, but I wish I hadn’t bothered. I ordered chicken nugget kids meal with strawberry milkshake I set of home to notice I had fish fingers in the chicken nugget bag and the milkshake has zero flavouring. So I turned the car around went back through the drive through told the man who was at the window that they are fish fingers instead of chicken nuggets and that there’s not flavouring in the milkshake so he apologised got me another kids meal and strawberry milkshake so I said thankyou and drove off. I finally got home to realise that they were only 3 chicken nuggets in the bag I wasn’t happy. Everytime I go to McDonald’s now I’m definitely going to check the bag before I leave.
Suggested solution:
I would like you to make sure all the staff are double checking what they are doing, what if I was allergic to fish.
wouldn’t mind a couple of vouchers or freebies as my experience at McDonald’s a few times has gone wrong and some of the staff need better customer service skills
