My complaint:
I order at the drive thru. The staff was cutting me short as I’m ordering, interrupting me. When she finally put the order up, I advised her it was wrong and she was charging too much instead of the 2 for 1.29 and 2 for 1.39. She rudely interrupted and said rudely, Just Pull up. After I got to the window, the staff continued her fast talking, talking over me and rolling her eyes being rude Abt the incorrect price. I told her to let me talk to her manager. She rolled her eyes, stepped back and called a female over to the window that usually works drive thru. I started talking to her, after seeing her nonchalant expressesion on her face, I said, it’s obvious, you don’t care and you’re being rude. She started saying she didn’t take my order as if I was accusing her of taking it. I said, I never said you took my order but this rude person did. She continued acting as if she couldn’t care less with a condescending attitude. I again asked for the Manager, She says,Oh, he’s not here but I’ll tell him you want to complain..As if it was a game. I stated,No, I’ll tell him. Her response was,Oh, that will be fine then, you tell him! Nonchalantly. I went to Facebook, posted about the ordeal and tagged *** in the post. His response was not professional. Saying two sides to every story, attention seeker! Ok, I saw that this wasn’t the professional guy that use to manage McDonald’s which was very hurtful. Many people responded with complaints of how they’d been mistreated at this McDonald’s and wished me luck with getting *** to manage his staff instead of up holding their wrongs. I remembered a post on *** page on yesterday where he and his staff had so much free time, they posted video’s of them dancing. One of the staff with the pink shirt on , also, coincidentally is the last one dancing in the video before he starts dancing, was the one that had taken my order and was rude. The first staff dancing in the video with the grey shirt ,peeped around and stared while the other lady pretending to be a manager was talking
Suggested solution:
I feel that they need to let some of these employees go. There are many complaints about McDonald\'s and management. *** was once a great manager before he left McDonald\'s. McDonald\'s became very nonchalant people with very poor customer service. The public assumed that upon *** return, things would resume back to the way they use to be but unfortunately, that has not been the case. The manager has engaged in unprofessional acts and doesn\'t seem to be able to do his job. Because of this, staff are NOT afraid of losing anything.
