My complaint:
We had 2 separate orders. One was $10 and one was $7.44. Handed the boy a ten dollar bill, five dollar I’ll, two one dollar bills, four dimes and nickel All together. Told him the change was wrapped up in the bills, he asked did we need a receipt, I said naw we’re good! Worst thing I could’ve done!!! He pocketed the $7.45 and said we didn’t pay for the second meal!! We tried to resolve the issue but they locked the door and wouldn’t open the window. Said they didn’t have time to look at surveillance!! This happened on March 25, 2020 at approximately 11:00am roundabout! So we are just expected to take the loss and that lil fat thieving ass black boy gets almost $10 for nothing! Hell if he does that once a day 5 days a week, that’s $50 in his pocket! How do i get someone to deal with this problem and look at the surveillance bcuz this boy needs to be fired!!
Suggested solution:
I want someone to watch the surveillance of our transaction and see if he put money in his pocket or not cuz I know he did.
