My complaint:
On Friday July 31st, we placed an order for pick up. It was placed on my phone. My husband went to pick up the order, had our order number as well as the order ID to use in case the app didn’t work. Upon arrival, my husband was refused the order, and told very rudely that the phone which placed the order needed to be present. My husband had the app on his phone as well. The manager refused to assist in completing the order. We were going to feed our 5 children with this order. Manager didn’t offer any assistance what so ever, not even a suggestion to how the order could be fulfilled without the phone which made the order present.
Suggested solution:
We would like an apology as well as some sort of compensation for our time and gas wasted, as well as having to order food elsewhere.
