My complaint:
Store 14322 on 8220 at 8:01pm server in drive thru had his hair hanging out on both sides and almost hitting his chin. I called the complaint number and I get a text 9:18pm) message from the employee that I called about. Asking if I was the one that called and put in the complaint . He goes on to say he is working to support his unemployed dad and now he is fired. He goes on saying what kind of person would call to complain about a persons looks. Life has been hard on me and I’ve contemplated suicide .
9:19 pm the GM Brian calls to let me know he is sorry and he suspended the employee until he gets his hair situation fixed.
1. How did the employee get my number?
2. Sine he is unstable I would like my name and number deleted from this employee and inform his to not contact me.
3. I would hope Brian wold contact the employee to his employment and just keep just up in a hairnet.
4 I through out my meal and ate at a different restaurant tonight , so I’m out $7.57 plus the mess of multiple calls and worry about this crazy employee that has my info.
