My complaint:
Let me begin..I was happy to see the new renovations of the New Hope McDonald’s definitely was time. Now I need to tell you it’s a shame that that much disappointed the past the past three times I visited the establishment I was very dissatisfied. I was in the hotel food and restaurant business my whole life and I understand there are days that sometimes it cannot be helped but we weed it 20 minutes in line the one night the second time I visited there the food was wrong in the bag thank God I checked the bag before I left so we processed to wait alongside of the curbside of McDonald’s and we waited honestly 15 minutes for French fries and there was no coca cola on a busy Saturday afternoon..I I believe that when you go to a fast food restaurant it is supposed to be fast .in this case it never is. I never had made a compliment ever because I understand the business..but I will not be going back anytime soon..There is a jersey mikes who I know they get you in and out. Hopefully this will be a wake up call for that location..thanks again Gina Aster
Suggested solution:
Have someone go in to that location for a surprise visit.and I guess some gift certificates would be nice..I will then try it. due to I've wasted enough money and time
