My complaint:
I head to pick up order for Uber eat I stood by the window first manager helped me I repeated 4 times Uber eat and screamed loudly Uber eat and still she couldn’t heard me then she called other person I told same things and shouted then I showed her the order on my phone and she said what’s that you have to say it they were totally rude and no respec. I accepted managers have knowledge of every single action in the store
Suggested solution:
Change those people they need to be replaced bring respect people understanding customers issues they always rude on register
