My complaint:

On 4122020 on Sunday morning, I decided to go to McDonald’s Here in Moultrie , Ga for breakfast. I went through the drive through window and a woman working the window told me through the speaker that they did not have any hash browns. I said OK no problem thinking that McDonald’s would reduce the price of the big breakfast due to not receiving hash browns. Not only was i charged fully for the breakfast that i ordered without getting the hash browns, I had to back up to the window again once i started to leave because the woman working the drive through window did not give me any butter or syrup for my hotcakes.
I have previously put a complaint in against this McDonald’s because the manager at the same McDonald’s in Moultrie, Ga told me that a frappacino Mocha was no longer a morning drink and that was only a afternoon and evening drink. I found out that McDonald’s workers had just cleaned the frappacino machine and didn’t want to get it dirty again by making me one so, they lied to keep the machine clean.

Suggested solution:

New management at this Mcdonald's location because they have gotten a reputation at this location that this place is terrible. Everyone i know has complained about this McDonald's location.
I expect to be reimbursed for my big breakfast due to the fact i was overcharged for it because it contained no hash browns.
