My complaint:
Not fresh, taste as though old piece.
Also we informed the person in charge to take our complaint for improvements.
A Malay lady responded to us by denying that this is not their fault but the supplier is giving as such hence they can’t do anything.
The help needed from her is to escalate to improve. But she is not speaking to listen but just forcing us to aceept the same. My friend asked for another choice of good. Even that was having the same fake of taste. Not worth for the price we pay.
Kindly look into this.
Suggested solution:
Advise the service provider to take serious on our complaint.
To care the consumers need.
Have proper storage for this kind of food to sustain the originality of taste.
