McDonalds complaint: No order received no refund

My complaint:

Placed and order waited 28 minutes in line to pick up amd was never given my order or a refund. In fact, I was told that breakfast was no longer being served as it was 10:29.

However I placed my mobile order around 10am and arrived by 10:07. I waited 11 minutes to get to the speaker to provide my drive thru mobile order number.

Once provided I was told to pull forward, I sat in line another 7 minute, once I arrived at the window to pick up food. I was told I had placed my order to late and they would refund my money.

My money has not be refunded and then when I called the store about this issue I was told to fuck myself as they have no control over the mobile order or app. They refused to provide any assistance in helping me get refunded. Then disconnected the call. This is absolutely horrible service and bad business.

Suggested solution:

Refund and retrain staff on customer service polices.
