My complaint:
They would only allow me to spend One Item with Rewards Points and not Two! I have a lot of Rewards Points and I really need to bring the Rewards Points lower!
I had heard it directly from the lady on the mic at the Drive Thru!
Suggested solution:
Allow two item spending with Rewards Points!
