My complaint:
Today I ordered a small 10 piece chicken mcnuggets meal. It cost $6.89 on the menu at the drive thru.
He told me the charge is $7.76. I knew that was too much tax….
When I complained at the window, he said he could not ring up the small but had to enter everything separately. That made it cost more than was advertised on the outside menu.
I asked for the manager—who then came and rang it up correctly but she was irritated and muttered unbelievable!!!!!
Suggested solution:
Stop that store from overcharging by entering food in meals separately.
