My complaint:
I order mcds ALOT due to my kids via just eat not only as this facility recently started to send wrong stuff or not send stuff missing items no straws or dips with shareboxes which causes me to submit refunds constantly on just eat but now on two occasions I have had egg shell in my mcmuffins this morning was the worst as it caused me to nearly vomit my kids eat these so I have had to check my youngest sons twice before he eats it he also has downs syndrome so gets very frustrated when I don’t just give him his food and can’t be nice for him that I’ve had to delve through his food beforehand its just sloppy this facility in general is the only one I have this problem with I think some retraining wouldn’t be too much to ask to make it the MacDonald’s we have always loved I spend a fortune too with 3 children
Suggested solution:
retraining and maybe a discount on next order I just don't want to be put off when we all love MacDonald's I'd give a 5 star but on this occasion it would have to be a 3 until rectified
