My complaint:
My pregnant daughter and I came in this McDonald’s 10 minutes ago and I was going to order something but my daughter walked up overheated first and dizzy. She asked for an ice water and they refused her saying she had to pay for something first knowing she was sick and faintish. I am very disappointed and angry as at that point anything could have happened to her so I ordered a large tea and the boy at the register still argued about her getting a water so finally he gave her a small one with hardly any ice. People here have an I don’t care attitude especially for the homeless that have to endure the boiling heat outside! No compassion anymore in this evil world for people none.!
Suggested solution:
Offer ice water to the sick, pregnant, elderly and the homeless in this sweltering heat here in Phoenix and other areas that are hot!
