My complaint:
many many times I have taken my kids to this locations and something always goes wrong. I have had people that can’t make change corectly and very rude service. Latest thing was I ordered 3 pancakes and a egg mcmuffin and one diet coke. I was charged for 3 pancakes and a sausage and I did not order that. The msg on the screen said my amount was 7 dollars plus and I was ordered to pay almost 10 dollars. They were very rude when I questions the amount plus the soda had the lid not on right and when I left it spilled all over my car and on my lap top. I always get the wrong drink. One time it took three people to figure out my correct change..I thought the cash register told them what the amount was.
Suggested solution:
Hire people that are competent not rude and know how to use a cash register also charge what you ask for not a higher compo type thing
