My complaint:

I only get my son once a month and tonight was that night, I spent $65 on McDonald’s and drinks and ice cream never came, someone has to be held accountable, I spoke to Bethany who was calm but couldn’t help me cos she said that
I had to call Uber eats instead. Our food was cold, soggy, the order was wrong. Missing items, it was a disaster..
I ordered my food at 10:20pm and at 10:50pm it came in and my son went and got the order downstairs, once we checked it, we were missing ice cream sundaes and drinks and the food was so cold and soggy not even fit enough to give to my dogs

Suggested solution:

Give me back my $65
And my 1.5 hours I spent on trying to contact McDonalds and Uber.. service absolutely useless
