My complaint:
people complaining of waiting a long time, people working there were very unkept, half the tables were dirty when I went to sit down, people leaving because no one came to wait on them, they did not know the specials when I asked and it was a very nasty place. This is the second Mc Donalds I went to that was very bad. People working there were not very nice.
Suggested solution:
closed the stores and clean them up
