My complaint:
Placed a mobile order waited a half hour the lobby was locked my ups truck won’t go through the drive through phone was off the hook and when I approached the window they said never received it so I spent my whole lunch for nothing and you took my money the guy working the drive through never offered to get my food!!!
Suggested solution:
Refund then make sure they answer the phone or unlock the lobby
