My complaint:
Ordered in the Drive-Thru on 021523 @6pm (approx). We gave the employee code to collect points. After ordering and pulled to window to pay, we were informed the promotion meal we ordered came with apple pie, but were out. We substituted with cookies. After paying we were given our order. After driving off, we noticed we were given wrong drinks, charged extra for the cookies that were substituted and did not receive our points for the order. I have the receipt.
Suggested solution:
We dont like to complain and are usually very understanding as to people get busy and make mistakes. Unfortunately this has been an reoccurring issue and the last 3 times we have gone to this same location we have had a the same issues and our food has been cold. It would be much appreciated if we could get refunded for the extra charge at least. I uploaded the receipt.
