My complaint:
I purchased A caramel frappe On February 9, 2023 at approximately 8:00 pm I notice more than half of the cup was filled with ice chunks and normally it’s blended fine I never had problem before first I experience this and I was highly disappointed.
Suggested solution:
A refund or coupon I’m willing one of these options
