McDonalds complaint: No help from Manager

My complaint:

I went through the drive through this morning as I do every morning. Sitting waiting to order. A second car appears at the other ordering booth. They were taken before me which was a man who took the order. I proceeded to the order window where there was no one there and window closed. There was a young man hanging out the other window talking to a customer. I then thought I had to pay at the next window as he took the order. When getting there the young boy said I would need to drive around to pay with a line of cars I was not going to do that. He turned to speak to his manager who did not bother to come to speak to me. I just heard him say she will need to driver round. Now if he (the manager) could take my order at the 2nd window why could he not take my money? I drove off without a coffee. Looks like I’ll be giving my weekly coffee money to someone else.

Suggested solution:

The manager should have came to the window and spoke to me not leaving it for his young employee.
I just don't understand why he could not take the money.

I am not happy with this
