My complaint:
i ordered a special request fresh fish sandwich and told the girl i would gladly wait for the extra time. i specificallyt asked her will i get a fresh made sandwich she said i would. the line moved quickly at drive thru and i expected to be moved ahead to wait but wqs given my order then. i parked and the sandwich was luke warm, dry ,. i went back thru drive thru ,told them i had just ordered a fresh made fish and didnt get one they could either give me my money back or make me a fresh sandwich. man said they would make me another one. when got to window they handed out another bag, it was worse than first one luke warm and dry. it just pissed me off that they insult my intelligence and pass their leftover crap to customers and tell them otherwise. i know its fast food but it ought to be good food. i specificaly asked and was told they would do it. if they said no you get what you get that would be different. bad management to allow that kind of service. just pissed me off, i am not a complainer but this topped the cake
