My complaint:
I am so dissapointed as McDonald’s had my kid in tears today. We drove all over somerset not to mention all the way from strandfontein for the dinosaur kiddies meal toy. My son’s are fascinated with them and given the situation what better than to get a meal and a toy, however this is the fourth time this happens. NO DINOSAUR, NOT TO ALSO MENTION I CALLED ON THURSDAY WHEN WE ALSO BOUGHT THEM MCDS TO GET THE OLD COLOUR BLOCK TOY, SERIOUSLY. Yes this is a complaint about a toy but seriously, e went to ottery MCDS to get girls toys for our boys as had nothing else, n1 city to get old stock and not on a old stock hive away day as I was told on the phone you apparently have. I was supposed to get a reference number on Thursday but no such message came through. The thing is you are we reputable brand, something big, customers spend money and we are not living it when you promise something which is not fulfilled. Very disappointing and I do hope someone reads this and gives feedback or a call, so this happend at ottery cape Town as well, westgate Mall and somerset, heritage park and Gordon’s bay.
Suggested solution:
Please restore and love by the promise. Deliver the dinosaur collection with kiddies meals. As no one even called me after holding for so long and finally getting to speak to someone and told I will bet a reference number. Only have 2 slips of the recent purchase.
