My complaint:

I went thru drive up today ordering 4 meals, which included a plain double cheeseburger, a simple request, I ordered it all the time. This was the second time they gave me a regular one. I didn’t complain on the first time and just didnt’ have lunch, but a second time, I was not too happy. I also ordered a diet coke and a regular coke, both were regular. I cannot drink regular because of the sugar. I have had issues with them before, last week they forgot a whole meal!!!! I don’t know what is wrong with their crew!! I did call last week and the manager gave us a new meal, but I’m tired of calling. They really need to check meals before they go out. I live too far out to just come back. Thanks Kathy

Justified complaint?

I would like a new burger and drink. I'm sure they would do this for me but after I went thru the drive thru I parked and tried to call them twice and no answer. I thought they could resolve the problem then. This is the second time this has happened with the burger! I thought this time I would say something. Also no photo as proof I threw out burger and drink. Also their receipts have been unreadable for 2 weeks!!! They need to get their machine fixed!!!! I could of send a photo of receipt, which I still have, but you can read it. Manager I talked to last week is Evelyn.
