My complaint:
I can never open my app in this store and also several others one of which is wallington. Hastings staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful the store is not clean and the toilet is discusting
Suggested solution:
Stop doing the app as it’s unobtainable or improve your service. Better hygiene and training of staff
