My complaint:
Staffs was really rude 2 me after I called 2 see where my food was after I had already waited 3hours for mine and my kids food. I was talking 2 just eat and I called the mcdonalds 2 see wat was happening. And the lady on the phone was so so rude. I waited for over 3 and half hours be4 I cancelled my order. It is the McDonald’s in cottingham in Hull.
Suggested solution:
My kids didn't get there food so got 2 upset kids. And a stressed out mum. Xx
