My complaint:

Once again I got home after spending £14 at Macdonald’s only to find no sour cream dips that I ordered and paid for. It’s clearly on my receipt. Are the young people who work there blind ? Can they not read the order on the screen ?

Suggested solution:

More training and accountability.
