My complaint:
I order 6 piece chicken nuggets and I did not receive them in my order. So I had to drive back to McDonald went in stood there a minute and the young lady came around the corner and slid my order to me with a sorry about that that was all the compensation I got for my troubles. By the time I got home then I had to eat cold fries. Every time I go into this McDonald’s they get my order wrong and I have to go back to the store to get it corrected. I refuse to unwrap and open up each box or take every item out of the sack to make sure my order is correct. I so dislike going to that mcdonald in willow park. Even if your talk to management nothing ever changes.
Suggested solution:
I expect a little bit or courtesy and respectful first of all. Then instead of laughing or smiling. They could have offer me some fresh fries. A drink of water, its a 109 degrees outside and I had to make the drive twice.
