My complaint:
In the summertime, their ice cream machines NEVER works, you can almost never get a milkshake, and now in the winter, their hot chocolate machine isn’t working. It’s beyond frustrating. You would think that an establishment as large as McDonalds would have these things running efficiently, and, if they do break down, would have them fixed immediately.
Suggested solution:
More efficient equipment
