My complaint:
Iam a resident of mumbai dahisar area I have always ordered my burger meals from McDonald’s since I was a teenager I always enjoy the delicacies of this amazing restaurant but recently iam dealing with bad staff and also the staff members are liars.. Now I’ll get straight to the point this is regarding my recent orders that i have ordered through the online food ordering app swiggy which is popular in India iam using this app since 5 years now when I ordered from dahisar thakur mall branch of McDonald’s these people do not even provide basic things like tissues ketchup also they deliver spilled food.. I made the complain on the official mail of McDonald’s I got a call from the store staff saying that they won’t give tissues in online orders now this is totally ridiculous iam ordering since like 10years now and ur McDonald’s staff are saying they can’t provide tissues in online orders it’s a total lie such staff should be removed immediately because they are ruining the McDonald’s name.. The complaints tht I have made iam uploading screen shots showing them as proof
Suggested solution:
The should train their staff members properly so that they dnt give such bad excuses after making such mistakes instead they should apologize and shound not repeat the mistake.. And if such staff cannot be trained then they should be removed immediately...
