My complaint:
I ordered 2 quarter pounder meals. That was over cooked and had soggy tomatoes and brown lettuce. I’ve contacted customer service repeatedly. I’ve called the store location repeatedly. I was told manager is busy call back.ive requested to speak to a supervisor from customer service i have not received a call back i should not have to go through this much just to get my money
Suggested solution:
Full refund and something extra for having to go through such a hassle and having to wait over a month yet to receive a response
