My complaint:

Ref: McDonalds, 3350 Harwood Rd., Bedford, TX
This morning about 8:30-8:45 I ordered in the Drive Thru 2-cokes, 1-blueberry muffin and 1-saugage biscuit for total of $5.61. I gave the lady the correct change and told her I didn’t need the receipt. I waited on one car in front of me before arriving at the delivery window. The guy handed me two cokes and the window started to close. I told him I needed my blueberry muffin and sausage biscuit. He said where’s your receipt? I told him I didn’t have a receipt. He said I needed the receipt to get the muffin and sausage biscuit. I told him I’m not moving from the delivery window until I get everything I paid for….$5.61. I told him to check with the lady I ordered from. Anyway, about 5-minutes later he handed me the blueberry muffin and sausage biscuit and told me next time to have the receipt. I told him next time to check his orders and get it right.

Suggested solution:

Stress better customer service with the individual on the delivery window. Make employee change if necessary.
