My complaint:

Big breakfast is listed on the menu as $3.99. Was asked for $5.49 at the window. Told them that’s not what the menu said, and was told that’s what management told us to do. It’s not in the system. We have faced such a tough week without power. It’s a special deal. It’s listed on their menu, and they are charging more. This is false advertising and against the law.

Suggested solution:

At the least, refund the overcharge. Remove the sign if a business is unable to honor it. It's actually illegal. Especially right now with low inventory in the grocery stores after a major weatherpower loss event in the area. Ugh! Adding stress and additional cost to an already stressed community is inexcusable! I have the receipt, but couldn't post it for some reason. (more frustration since you probably won't address the issue without it)
