My complaint:
Really disappointed because I ordered food for a family of 5. We had to wait in the car for McFlurries. We wanted to eat it at home. When we got home, it was cold and 2 lots of fries were missing and the ketchup pots. I checked receipt and it was all ordered and paid for. Recently, they forgot about a happy meal, so not the first time it’s happened. I chose not to complain that time, but this time I’ve had enough of the poor service. Wasted time and money and I went hungry because there wasn’t enough food. I filled out the feedback form and have heard nothing back.
Suggested solution:
I would like a response and a free meal for the whole family.
