My complaint:
What are the employees insisted on taking my phone she grabbed it out of my hand and when she went to head back to me instead of heading back to me she dropped it on the floor and broke my phone it’s brand new and iPhone it’s over $1200 and it is going to be fixed so I need it to be attending to immediately unfortunately it’s a holiday but somebody needs to get back to me immediately being that it was through the drive-through I’m sure there’s cameras and you can see what happens and it should be substantial evidence as to it being a incompetent employees fault on damaging and breaking a customers personal item that she should’ve never touched in the first place
Suggested solution:
How should They resolve my complaint?? they need to buy me a new phone I do not want a new screen the phone was Brand New I do not want a refurbished one I want a brand new phone just like I had she should have never grabbed my phone or took it from me to begin with i’m sure if you look at the cameras in the drive-through there’s substantial evidence as to what happened that’s why this is a time sensitive issue
