My complaint:

Ordered 2 meals in drive thru. After receiving, got out of town before opening. Only one (1) fry in quarter pounder meal. Employee stated he was only one working side that’s why took over 10 minutes to get order. In addition no receipt provided. Really poor service.

Suggested solution:

Would like refund for quarter pounder meal upsized since didn't get everything.
