My complaint:

store3510 was Extremely rude when taking my order , refused to substitute sausage for beacon , had me pay full price and this was the manager Carmen then assumed i didnt speak Spanish so was talking to her co-worker like she was sum BIG BAD ASS BECAUSE HER CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKED. WHAT SURPRISED ME WAS THAT SHE WAS BOASTING AND BRAGGING RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME ASSUMING I COULDN’T UNDERSTAND WHAT SHE WAS SAYING, AND EVEN WHEN I SURPRISED HER WITH MY SPANISH SHE WAS STILL JUST AN ARROGANT ASS! SARCASTICALLY SAYING BYE HAVE A GOOD DAY!. SMH IM VERY UNSATISFIED BEING THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME IVE RECEIVED BAD SERVICE. SO IM HAPPY TO INFORM THAT I HAVE POSTED THIS ON COMPLAINT SITE.
Suggested solution:
They need to reconsider new employees, but i would like a refund for my meal the least they could do
