My complaint:
So my brother, my dad, and I went to McDonalds to get some food. We asked for 2 Deluxe Crispy Chicken Sandwiches, a Big Mac, and 3 large fries. However, we got FIVE DELUXE CRISPY CHICKEN SANDWICHES AND NO BIG MAC. It ended up costing $40
Suggested solution:
By listening to customers carefully. They can also add the order number to the bag to stop confusion. They should also ask customers 2 times before they make the food.
