My complaint:
I literally waited in line 20 minutes before closing time and was ignored 100% completely so I drove up to the window where they saw me and literally walked right by me and did not say a word as I screamed out hello, I literally drove from my house pacifically to go here and then totally ignored by all extent this was the craziest experience I have ever had with any restaurant to be looked at by an employee as if I wasn’t even there not even to be told anything and treated me as if I didn’t even exist or said they’re hungry as they were making food for themselves I believe I am not sure but it really pissed me off Hass to be the worst employees I have ever dealt with in my life!
Suggested solution:
First I would address these employees on this specific day and to be honest now I am screwed out of food completely for the simple fact I could’ve went to a different location or somewhere totally different but now I have nothing and I am basically starving and I feel that I should be compensated for the simple fact that I wasted my time and gas and waited in line only to be ignored it if I didn’t exist, Don’t know how I can actually show proof that they literally walking by me and not acknowledging me is kind of irrelevant due to the fact that the moment in time but I can only show a picture of the window as I sit back and making files is complaint!! There is a girl and a guy then our very young and I do not believe they have what it takes to manage this place at all and should not be able to work alone, any type of management that is legitimate would’ve went to the window and acknowledged me as an actual person just waiting there yelling! Here is a photo of their vehicles of the employees which is the best proof that I can show!
