My complaint:
Ive been buying ice cream cones from maccas since they opened in lebanon just over 20 years ago
And the best thing about their ice cream is how its generally full from top to bottom.
Now prices have gone sky high and we get half empty cones. Unfair
Suggested solution:
I called and asked if we could get a discount on our next order or something
The manager of that particular place was so rude and said next time ask the server to fill up your ice cream. I replied ive never had to do so because its always been full. Then she went on about it being against procedure to fill the cone
She shouldve just told me to get two free cones next visit. Instead of being so rude and forceful
