My complaint:

Yesterday I visited the above store, usually I use the older store in Lowestoft to which I would fully recommend, but I ordered a Happy Meal as they were not doing ‘Wrap of theDay’ – and as there was a queue I did not want to hold up the line so I ordered the first thing that came to mind.
I return home which is no more than 5 mins away and found the chips were cold and I mean cold, the burger was also cold and the coffee was not up to the standard I am used to, the whole thing was inedible. The queue was so slow going through on top of that. I threw the whole lot in the bin

Suggested solution:

I know it is a new store but I would like my money back.
