McDonalds complaint: food and the attitude of staff

My complaint:

As its stated customers are always right. There has been three times that me and one family member has went down to the McDonalds In Arbroath as its my local . I ordered 6 ice creams two Big Mac Meals they took out half of the order meaning the food got cold. Another time i order a Big Mac Meal with no onions as im elergic to the onions and when i i tried to explain i cant eat onions as it can make me really ill, The manager wasnt interested Another time myself and my wife went down to order some food that was a nightmare as well as we only got half the order as they done the car behind us first before ours meaning the icecream melted. and when we asked to see the manager we got attitude from the staff. when the manager came out all her done was give me attitude and took away the food again. The Staff and manager are very abrupt they have a stinking attitude and needs dealt with.

there should be a change of staff and manager as they are destroying the Arbroath store.
