McDonalds complaint: Complaint with manager, she would not give me her name.

My complaint:

I went to this McDonald’s that is only 5 miles from my home on Friday
05-25-2021 because my grandchildren loves McDonald’s and that is the only place they ever wants to eat. The drive through is the only thing opened at this McDonald’s. I placed my order and I distinctly asked for a
plain Mcchicken. I ordered other things too that was over $14.00 just for my 2 grands. When I got the order I looked to make sure that the McChicken was plain because I have had problems before at this McDonald’s and other ones too not getting it plain and my grand son will not eat it if it is not plain. I told the lady at the window that the sandwich was not plain and she told the manager. The manager came to the window and told me that was what I ordered because she took my order. I know she was lying because it was a man that took my order and I know I distinctly said plain because that is the only kind I ever order. She argued with me back and forth and then she walked away. As she was walking away I told her I was going to report her and her attitude and I asked for her name and she told me she does not give out her name I could describe her as the light skinned, curly hair manager and walked away. I sat in line waiting on my plain sandwich for 30 minutes and I did not get one. They started passing customer orders out the back window where you pay for your orders and just left me
sitting and no one ever came back to the window where I was so after seeing they were not going to wait on me I left. I have never in my 64 years been so embarrassed, and humiliated and my entire life. I go to a McDonald’s at least 3 times a week and no other McDonald’s has ever treated me this way. Like I said earlier it has happened before but when I tell them the sandwich was not correct they would apologize and give me a plain one. I pray that you will do something about this manager and this situation because she was so ugly and down right nasty. I was a manager before I retired from Regions Bank and I know this is not the behavior of no manager, I do not care what company they work for.

Suggested solution:

By getting rid of this manager and refunding me my money for my order because by the time I got home everything was cold and the kids complained that the food was not good and my grandson had nothing to eat. I had to end up cooking and that defeated the purpose of me spending my $14.28.
