My complaint:
On oct 5,2021 at approximately 630pm I ordered a large bugger and medium French fry at the drive through then I parked next door to eat my food about one hour later when I was parked at m9 truck stop in ogden Utah I am home less so I have to sleep in my truck. at that hour I began to feel like I needed to throw up I also felt very woosie I had a hard time opening up my door when I did I threw up twice after that I could not stop what happened next wile hanging half way out the door with my pance half way down facing the the street hanging on my door very shackaly I cold not hold back after I was done I slowly got back into my truck then realized that most of my body refuge had gone on the drivers side of the truck I never felt so humiliated in all my life when I could about 1 or 2 hours later I drove up to my wifes place to take a shower later on the next day I went to the mcdonalds and told her what happened she gave me a phone number to call in salt lake city Utah I also want to express that I had to miss my work that day as well. so after I called salt lake told them what happened the office lady said that some one would contact me that day or the next well that never happened I called them back later that day and the lady that I talked to before told me that her boss told her to offer me copons I told her that has gone beond that and that what makes her think I would even want to ever eat there food again after all I had been through well that’s why I am writing this statement and yes putting my name to it as well sincerely Charles Allen homeless in ogden utah
Suggested solution:
first I would like an apaligy , then then I would like to be compensated for my work day that I missed and for having to clean up the mess in my truck do to there food as fare as my humiliation that I sufferd I realy could not say and to offer me cupons for all that I dont think that would be necessary because I donot plan on ever eating at any mcdonalds again and that\\\'s too bad because I rather liked there food but I would as soon as eat nothing than to go through what I had to go through.
