My complaint:

I went through the drive through and ordered a hamburger with ketchup onion only. That was repeated back to me from the person also. I also ordered a cheeseburger, 2 med. fries, 1 large coke and a oriel mcflurry. I got my food and looked at the bag and there was no hamburger. The kid came back at me and said I was not charged for it. I told him I ordered it. He said I wasn’t charged. I asked him how he knew this and he claimed he saw it on a screen but could not get me a receipt. I told him again I DID order it and he said I didn’t pay for it. I verbally ordered and she repeated it back to me, why would I think it would not be on the order. Now I had to go home with not hamburger to give to my daughter.

Suggested solution:

The person should have asked the order person if I did order a hamburger with only ketchup and onion to find out I was telling the truth. The error was on the order clerks part. You need to own up to errors. At the very least offer a hamburger to me for $1 so good intent can be seen. Instead I'm sent away very upset because my only option is get go back around AGAIN to the same order taker to screwed up the order and wait in line to get my hamburger. All this for a difference of about $2 in price. Very poor customer satisfaction there.
