My complaint:
Im hoping we can resolve this as i spent 32 pound and ended up with half the meals and cold food, my daughters were really upset as they didnt recieve their happy meal toys.im not the type to complain but its happened more than once now.. thanks ben
Suggested solution:
Refund or voucher as i have receipts and proof i did not want to put online
