My complaint:
Hi between 2PM and 211pm at cardiff pontprenau mcdonalds I had a hair in my food whitch I had already bitten into b4 I saw the hair sticking out of my tripple cheese burger I am now afraid I have been given covid and has sent me into a panic as I already bitten the burger your staff rudely said they would reace it so I said I wanted my money back I then proceeded to speaking to a manager who gave me 1complimentary meal only available to the McDonalds in pontprenau were I had the hair and no longer have confidence in eating there the code for this is Am 727171120 i spoke to both managers who were in at 210pm I believe I am entitled to be compansated for this as my health and safety wasnt protected at all and I have been a victim of a posible bio hazard entering my mouth unwillingly I will await your response and hope this materdoesnt have to go any further as my solisitor says I am entitled to be compansated financially as I have to quaranteen for 14days now as I dont no if I have been exposed to corona virus by cross contamination in my food i am a carrefour a vulnerable lady so I will have to quaranteen I await your response
