My complaint:
Good day.
On the morning of Nov 19 2020. 8 am o have ordered 2 cheesy eggdesals and 2 hash brown
I received my delivery at 8:30 and I have paid for my order . 201 pesos.
But when I went back to my room to eat and opened it . My order was incomplete. As there is only 1 hash brown when I have ordered 2.
After this , I have tired calling and texting the delivery person but I haven’t gotten any response back.
I have already mailed McDonald’s as well and still no response.
I really want this to be resolved either by paying be back for what I have not received or send me my complete order.
I am also attaching the proof of my delivery. Where I have received only 2 cheesy egg desal and 1 hash brown.
Suggested solution:
Either pay me back for what I have paid and haven't received.
Or send my complete order and be responsible on how to take and deliver a order.
It happen to me for the last 3 orders via driveIn (Walter Tull Northampton). Whoever boxes the food is not doing his hob properly.
I went back to the branch that took my order and asked for the manager to tell about my problem . But they apologized and paid back my delivery fee and also gave my complete order freshly made again
Even tho I’m glad they responded in a positive way. I’m disappointed that I had to drive all the way to the branch even tho I placed a delivery and not pick up. Sad part is no one responded thru customer service number or email .
I hope they can work better towards customers .
