McDonalds complaint: Food made tongue go numb, paid for extra pickle and onion and did not get it

My complaint:

One bite of a burger made my tongue go numb. We also ( 2 times) paid for extra pickle and onion and got NO onions on either burger.

Suggested solution:

No idea. Watch employees to make sure they are doing orders right.
